Here's how it works...
You accompany us as we look at the major systems of the house, structure,electrical,
HVAC, plumbing and point out to you as we go any problems we may see. You take notes (photos, video, written) of what we see and that is your list of concerns.
Qualifications for the $149 Delta T Walk-about
- the home must be vacant
- the home must be less than 10 yrs old
- maximum size of home 2200 sqare feet
- utilities must be on
- water heater and HVAC must be on
- home must be located within 60 miles of Rowley, Iowa
Add $20 if the home is beyond 60 and up to 75 miles
Add $30 if the home has a crawl space
This inspection does not include outbuildings, cosmetic concerns, or inaccessible areas.
Delta T is always concerned for the safety and well being of our community members, so with this inspection only, you may elect to include a fire safety inspection at a reduced price of $45
