HVAC, plumbing and point out to you as we go any problems we may see. You take notes (photos, video, written) of what we see and that is your list of concerns.
Qualifications for the $149 Delta T Walk-about
- the home must be less than 25 yrs old
- maximum size of home 2200 sqare feet
- utilities must be on
- water heater and HVAC must be on
- home must be located within 70 miles of Rowley, Iowa
Add $25 if the home is beyond 70 miles
Add $30 if the home has a crawl space
This inspection does not include outbuildings, cosmetic concerns, or inaccessible areas.
